摘 要:采用催化湿式氧化技术处理H酸废水、环氧氯丙烷废水和三氯蔗糖废水三种化工废水,考察了反应温度、时间、氧气量及初始pH值对湿式氧化处理效果的影响。确定最佳工艺条件:反应温度250℃,反应时间2 h,氧气量为理论用量的130%,进水pH为5。该工艺条件下,三种工业废水的TOC去除率均在85%以上。同时在固定床装置上能稳定高效运行,具有较好的工程可行性及应用价值。Catalytic wet air oxidation was used to treat three chemical wastewater.The effects of reaction temperature and time,oxygen amount and initial pH value on wet air oxidation were investigated.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 250 ℃,reaction time 2 h,oxygen amount 130% of theoretical dosage,and pH 5.Under the condition,the TOC removal of three industrial wastewater was all above 85%,and the continuous reaction could run stably and efficiently in a fixed reactor,which was proved to have good engineering feasibility and application value.
