摘　　要：介绍了油漆喷涂机器人喷涂质量缺陷预防手段,通过对油漆喷涂机器人作业原理熟知,完善了机器人预防性保养计划、相关工艺参数设定要求及机器人正常喷涂情况下产生质量缺陷因素分析,对现场喷涂机器人高效作业,保证喷涂质量稳定有重要指导意义。The means of preventing quality defects of paint spraying robot was introduced. Through familiarizing with the working principle of paint spraying robot, the preventive maintenance plan of robot, the setting requirements of related process parameters and the analysis of quality defect factors produced under the normal spraying condition of robot are perfected. It is of great significance to ensure the stability of spraying quality.
