摘　　要：采用游离移植胫前动脉穿支骨皮瓣桥接再植是救治节段缺损型断指的新方法,此讨论评价了这一术式的优、缺点,认为此项技术更适合于拇指节段型缺损的断指再植。至于在其他断指的应用效果,还需进一步的研究来验证。The bridging replantation of defective severed fingers by utilizing free transplantation of anterior tibial artery perforator bone-skin flap is a new method to salvage severed digits with segmental defects.He pros and cons of this procedure were evaluated in this discussion,the author believes this method is more suitable for replantation of the thumb with segmental defect,while further study is needed to identify its effect on other severed fingers.
