智慧旅游视域下青海旅游公共服务体系建设现状:基于游客满意度分析

摘　　要：在智慧旅游模式打造过程中,旅游公共服务体系建设及通信与信息技术发展成为青海省旅游发展的重要任务。通过相关文献综述汇总,总结旅游公共服务体系包括旅游基础设施、旅游公共交通服务、旅游公共信息服务、旅游公共安全保障服务和旅游监测保障服务五个内容。文章采用问卷调查法对旅游公共服务体系中的五个方面进行满意度调查,借助层次分析法构建旅游公共服务体系层次模型,并使用Stata软件处理分析问卷结果。最后,根据游客对青海省旅游公共服务体系五个内容的满意度权重值,分析智慧旅游背景下青海省旅游发展现状。In building smart tourism mode,two tasks are important for the development of tourism inQinghai province—to construct public service system of tourism and to develop communication and information technology.According to related literature reviews,the public service system of tourism involves five aspects: tourism infrastructure,public transport service,public information service,public security service and monitoring &supporting service. A survey is made with questionnaires to find out tourists’ satisfaction with the five aspects. The hierarchical model of public service system of tourism is constructed with the analytic hierarchy process,and the results of questionnaire are analyzed with Stata software. Lastly,the current situation of tourism in Qinghai is analyzed based on the weight value of satisfaction of these five aspects in the light of smart tourism.
