根管治疗术后树脂充填+固位纤维冠外保护对牙根抗折性能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察根管治疗术后树脂充填+固位纤维冠外保护对牙根抗折性能的影响。方法将90颗根管治疗后的,上颌第一前磨牙随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组根管治疗术后接受树脂充填修复术治疗,观察组根管治疗术后接受树脂充填修复+固位纤维冠外保护治疗。比较2组牙齿样品的根长、冠长、根颊舌径、冠颊舌径等值,牙冠根折率,2组牙根抗折性能。结果2组根长、冠长、根颊舌径、冠颊舌径差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组修复后牙根折裂率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组破坏载荷值大于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不可修复折裂发生率、可修复折裂发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根管治疗术后树脂充填+固位纤维冠外保护,可提高牙根抗折性能,降低牙根折裂发生率。Objective To observe the effect of resin filling and retentive fiber crown protection on root flexural performance after root canal treatment.Methods 90 maxillary first premolars after root canal treatment were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received resin filling and repair after root canal treatment,while the observation group received resin filling and repair plus retentive fiber crown protection after root canal treatment.The root length,crown length,buccal tongue diameter,crown buccal tongue diameter and equivalent value,crown root fracture rate were compared between the two groups.Results The root length,crown length,buccal tongue diameter and crown buccal tongue diameter of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The root fracture rate of the observation group after repair was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The damage load of observation group was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of irreparable or repairable fractures between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Resin filling and retentive fiber crown protection after root canal treatment can improve the anti-fracture performance of the root and reduce the incidence of root fracture.
