摘  要:翻译控制肿瘤蛋白(TCTP)是高度保守的多功能蛋白质,基本上存在于所有真核生物中。TCTP参与多种细胞活动,如细胞增殖、分化、生长、器官大小、信号转导以及免疫应答等。研究表明TCTP在植物的生长发育以及胁迫响应中起重要的调控作用,其表达受转录和翻译水平的调节,且调控机制较为复杂。本文综述了植物TCTP参与生长发育、胁迫响应等生物过程的研究进展,为深入探讨其调控机理及更好地将TCTP基因应用于农业生产实践提供参考。Translationally controlled tumor protein(TCTP) is a highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed protein in eukaryotes. TCTP is involved in various cell processes such as cell proliferation, division, growth, organ size, signal transduction and immune responses. Studies show that TCTP plays an important role in regulating plant growth and development and stress response. Expression of TCTP is regulated at both translational and transcriptional levels and its regulation mechanism is more complicated. This article reviewed the research progress of plant TCTP in growth and development as well as in stress response processes. It will provide a reference for in-depth discussion of TCTP regulatory mechanism and better application of TCTP genes in agricultural production practices.
