中医护理联合优质护理在急性粒细胞白血病护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察急性粒细胞白血病患者经过化疗后,对其进行中医护理和优质护理的应用效果。方法:将104例急性粒细胞白血病患者作为对象以硬币投掷法为基准,分为对照组(52例,只进行普通的中医护理)、观察组(52例,在进行中医护理的前提下,同时予以患者优质护理)。对比2组患者的焦虑分数、生活质量量表(SF-36)、治疗依从性评分、并发症发生比率以及护理满意度。结果:对照组相比观察组,焦虑评分偏高,而SF-36、治疗依从性评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐发生率为11.54%,感染率为23.08%,静脉炎发生率17.31%;显著低于对照组的28.85%、30.77%、30.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组护理质量满意度相比较,观察组为84.62%,高于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中医护理中加入优质护理,对于急性粒细胞白血病患者在此期间出现的负面情绪的排解有着显著的疗效,增加了患者治疗的依从性。此外,它还大大降低了患者在化疗后呕吐恶心、感染、静脉炎等一系列并发症的发生率,提高了护理质量,以及患者对护理的满意度和生活质量。Objective:To observe the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing and high-quality nursing on patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 104 cases of patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia were selected as the objects based on coin-tossing method,and divided into the control group and the observation group,52 cases in each group. The control group was given general nursing of Chinese medicine,and the observation group was additionally given high-quality nursing based on the nursing of the control group. The anxiety scores,scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) and treatment compliance,the incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The anxiety score in the control group was slightly higher than that in the observation group,and the scores of SF-36 and treatment compliance were lower,the difference being significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, the infection rate, and the incidence of phlebitis were11.54%,23.08%,and 17.31% respectively,significantly lower than that of 28.85%,30.77%,and 30.77% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 84.62% in the observation group,higher than that of 25.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on Chinese medicine nursing,the additional high-quality nursing has significant curative effect on the relief of negative emotion of patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia,and increases their treatment compliance. Besides,for patients after chemotherapy,it largely decreases the incidence of nausea and vomiting, infection, and phlebitis, and increases nursing quality, nursing satisfaction,and quality of life.
