玄明粉联合冰片贴敷防治小儿输注阿奇霉素后疼痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察玄明粉联合冰片贴敷防治小儿输注阿奇霉素后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取102例接受阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗的呼吸道感染患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组各51例。对照组采用常规穿刺方法输液,试验组在对照组基础上加用玄明粉联合冰片贴敷。比较2组输液穿刺疼痛程度、药液外渗率、静脉炎发生率及护理满意度。结果:试验组输液穿刺疼痛评分为(3.34±3.17)分,低于对照组的(5.03±2.46)分(P<0.05)。试验组输液穿刺疼痛程度为中度及重度的比率分别为13.73%、3.92%,均低于对照组的31.37%、19.61%(P<0.05)。试验组药液外渗率及静脉炎发生率分别为1.96%、37.25%,均低于对照组的13.73%、68.63%(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意度为98.04%,明显高于对照组的84.31%(P<0.05)。结论:玄明粉联合冰片贴敷可缓解输注阿奇霉素患儿的疼痛感,降低输液不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sticking with natrii sulfas exsiccatus combined with borneolum syntheticum preventing and treating children with pain after azithromycin infusion. Methods:A total of 102 cases of children with respiratory tract infection who received intravenous drip with azithromycin were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table method, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given infusion by routine puncture method,and the experiment group was additionally stuck with natrii sulfas exsiccatus combined with borneolum syntheticum based on the treatment of the control group. The pain degree of transfusion puncture,exosmosis rate of medical solution, incidence of phlebitis and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The pain score of transfusion puncture in the experiment group was(3.34±3.17) points,lower than that of(5.03±2.46) points in the control group(P<0.05). The rates of moderate and severe pain of transfusion puncture were 13.73% and3.92% respectively in the experiment group, lower than those of 31.37% and 19.61% in the control group(P<0.05). The exosmosis rate of medical solution and the incidence of phlebitis were 1.96% and 37.25% respectively in the experiment group,lower than those of 13.73% and 68.63% in the control group(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction was 98.04% in the experiment group,significantly higher than that of 84.31% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of sticking with natrii sulfas exsiccatus combined with borneolum syntheticum can relieve the pain of children after azithromycin infusion,reduce the incidence of adverse events on infusion and improve the nursing satisfaction.
