肾骨颗粒联合复方骨肽治疗骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肾骨颗粒联合复方骨肽对骨质疏松症的治疗效果。方法选择收治的骨质疏松症患者100例作为本次研究对象(样本收集时间2016年4月—2018年12月),将其随机分为对照组和联合组。对照组实施复方骨肽治疗,联合组则实施肾骨颗粒联合复方骨肽治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果。结果联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P <0.05;治疗前2组患者骨密度、ODI指数和VAS评分相近,P>0.05。治疗后联合组骨密度高于对照组,ODI指数、VAS评分低于对照组,P>0.05;联合组骨痛减轻时间、骨密度增加时间短于对照组,P <0.05;2组患者不良反应发生率相同,P>0.05。结论肾骨颗粒联合复方骨肽治疗骨质疏松症效果确切,可获得理想效果。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Shengu granule combined with compound Ossotide on osteoporosis.Methods 100 patients with osteoporosis in our hospital were selected as the research objects(Sample collection from April 2016 to December 2018).They were randomly divided into control group was treated with compound Ossotid and the combined group was treated with Shengu granule and compound compound Ossotid.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the BMD,ODI index and VAS score of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMD of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and ODI index and VAS score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group(P>0.05).Bone pain relief time and bone mineral density increase time in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was the same in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengu granule combined with compound Ossotide has definite effect on osteoporosis and can obtain ideal effect.
