温阳益气法对双腔起搏器植入后患者右心室起搏比及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温阳益气法对双腔起搏器植入患者右心室起搏比例(CUM%VP)及心功能的影响。方法选择因病态窦房结综合征(SSS)植入双腔起搏器时间≥5年,且CUM%VP≥40%的患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组口服温阳益气中药,对照组口服安慰剂,疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗前后中医症状积分、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平。结果治疗后观察组中医症状积分总有效率79.31%(23/29),明显高于对照组25.00%(7/28)(P<0.05),观察组治疗后CUM%VP、LVEF、BNP水平较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论温阳益气法可显著降低双腔起搏器植入患者CUM%VP,改善心功能。Objective To Observe the clinical effect of warming yang and benefiting qi method for the cumulative percentage of right ventricular pacing(CUM%VP)and heart function in patients with dual-chamber pacemaker implantation.Methods 60 cases of patients who have been implanted dual-chamber pacemaker due to sick sinus syndrome(SSS)for 5 years or more and CUM%VP≥40%were divided into the control group and the treatment group of 30 cases respectively with random number table method.The treatment group received warming yang and benefiting qi method,while the control group was treated with oral placebo.The total treatment for both groups lasted 4 weeks.The scores of TCM symptoms,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and serum B-brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were measured in both groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group after 4 weeks was 79.31%,which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the levels of CUM%VP,LVEF and BNP were significantly improved compared to those before the treatment and compared with those of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The warming yang and benefiting qi method can significantly reduce the CUM%VP of patients with dual-chamber pacemaker implantation and improve heart function.
