摘　　要：目的探讨针刺夹脊穴配合电针治疗麻木为主的腰椎间盘突出症效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年5月在大连市中心医院针灸科就诊的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,2组患者均予以常规西药治疗。对照组40例采取针刺夹脊穴进行治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础行使用针刺夹脊穴配合电针治疗,使用VAS评分对患者麻木程度进行评估,采取日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分系统评定进行效果评价。结果试验组临床有效率为97.5%,对照组临床有效率为82.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取针刺夹脊穴配合电针进行治疗,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture Jiaji point combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation mainly due to numbness.Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were divided into experimental group and control group.40 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture Jiaji point,and 40 cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture Jiaji point combined with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group.The degree of numbness of the patients was evaluated with VAS score,and the effect was evaluated with JOA low back pain score system.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%,and that of the control group was 82.5%.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acupuncture Jiaji point combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation mainly due to numbness has significant effect and is worth popularizing.
