中西医结合治疗先兆流产及习惯性流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析中西医结合治疗先兆流产及习惯性流产患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年10月收治的50例先兆流产及习惯性流产患者作为探讨对象,按治疗方式的不同将其分为2组,予以西药治疗的25例患者归入西药组;在西药治疗基础上加入中医固胎颗粒治疗的25例患者则归入联合组。比较2组患者治疗前后的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、血清孕酮(P)指标水平及治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,2组患者的HCG、血清P水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);经过治疗后,联合组的HCG、血清P水平高于西药组(P<0.05);联合组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于西药组的72.00%(P<0.05);联合组的不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于西药组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论在先兆流产及习惯性流产患者中采用中西医结合治疗,能明显提升其HCG、血清P水平,且不良反应出现的概率更低,安胎效果更好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion and habitual abortion.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,50 cases of threatened abortion and habitual abortion in our hospital were selected as the objects of study.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.25 cases of patients who were treated with western medicine were classified into western medicine group.25 cases of patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Gutai granule on the basis of Western medicine were classified into combined group.The levels of HCG and serum P were compared before and after treatment.Results before treatment,there was no significant difference in HCG and serum P levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HCG and serum P levels in the combined group were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the combined group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in threatened abortion and habitual abortion can significantly improve the level of HCG and serum P,and the probability of adverse reactions is lower,and the effect of stillbirth is better.
