驾驶员人格对其驾驶能力自信水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探索驾驶员人格对其驾驶能力自信水平的影响。方法采用多维度驾驶人格特质量表和驾驶能力自信水平量表对251名驾驶员进行测量。结果驾驶能力自信水平的性别差异显著(tr=7.310,P<0.01),年龄和驾龄与能力自信水平呈显著正相关(r=0.29,r=0.32,P<0.01)。能力与特质愤怒和无规则呈负相关(r=-0.47,-0.18,P<0.01),与利他呈正相关(r=0.35,P<0.01),与感觉寻求呈负相关(r=-0.14,P<0.05)。回归分析发现:驾驶员人口学因素和驾驶员人格特质各维度可以解释驾驶能力自信水平41.1%的变异。结论驾驶员的人格特质影响驾驶能力自信水平,从而影响其驾驶行为。Objective Explore the influence of driver personality traits on their level of confidence in driving ability.Methods Multi-dimensional driver personality traits scale and driving ability scale were used to measure 251 drivers.Results Gender difference of driving ability confidence level was significant(tr=7.310,P<0.01)and age and driving age were positively correlated with ability confidence level(r=0.286,r=0.321,P<0.01).Ability was negatively correlated with trait anger and irregularity(r=-0.465,-0.178,P<0.01)positively correlated with altruism(r=0.351,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with sensory seeking(r=-0.136,P<0.05).Regression analysis found that driver demographic factors and driver personality traits can explain the 41.1%variation in driving ability.Conclusion Different personality traits of drivers affect their level of self-confidence in driving ability,thereby affecting driving safety.
