摘 要:以再生骨料生产过程中收集的再生微粉为研究对象,测试其理化特性,经过超微气流粉碎机机械力活化处理后,分别以不同比例替代水泥制备水泥胶砂试体,研究不同粉磨时间、不同掺量的再生微粉对水泥胶砂强度的影响。结果表明:随着粉磨时间延长,再生微粉活性逐渐增加,利用气流粉碎机对再生微粉进行活化处理的时间宜控制在25~30 min;相同粉磨时间下,随着再生微粉掺量增加,水泥胶砂强度逐渐降低,再生微粉替代水泥掺量宜控制在20%以下。Taking the recycled powder collected in the production process of recycled aggregateas the research object,this paper studies the influence of different grinding time and different dosage of recycled powder on the strength of cement mortar.The process is as follows:testing its physical and chemical properties and preparing the cement mortar samples after mechanical activation treatment by ultra-fine air flow mill with different proportions.The results show that:with the extension of grinding time,the activity of recycled micro-powder increases gradually;the activation time should be controlled at 25~30 min;under the same grinding time,with the increase of recycled micro-powder content,the strength of cement mortar decreases gradually,and the content of recycled micro-powder should be controlled below 20%.
