丙酸杆菌在反刍动物日粮中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：丙酸杆菌是瘤胃中的天然菌种,约占瘤胃微生物总数的1.4%.在瘤胃中,丙酸杆菌能够改变瘤胃发酵类型和最终产物,将乳酸和葡萄糖转化为乙酸和丙酸,从而降低酸中毒和和酮症的风险,增加动物体增重和产奶量。丙酸杆菌还在瘤胃产烷生物氢处理中起到重要作用,降低CH4的产生,促进有益于健康的脂肪酸(如共轨亚油酸)生成。文章综述了丙酸杆菌的作用机制及其在反刍动物日粮中应用的研究进展。Pionibacteria are natural inhabitants of the rumen that make up 1.4% of ruminal microflora.Propionibacteria can alter the ruminal fermentation pattern and end product formation,convert lactic acid and glucose to acetic and propionic acids in the rumen,thereby reduce the risk of acidosis and ketosis,increase the weight gain and milk production of treated animals.Propionibacteria also play an important role in the treatment of rumen alkane producing bio-hydrogen,reduce the production of CH4 and increase the generation of health-promoting fatty acids such as conjugated linoleic acid.This paper reviews Propionibacteria mode of action and application in ruminant's diets.
