摘　　要：通过信息化手段实现国家和地方之间、行业部门之间数据的共享交换已成为发展趋势。通过分析4种常见的交换共享方式及其特点,并结合生态保护红线监管业务需求,初步构建了“互联网+政务专网”双网并行的生态保护红线监管互联互通模式,测试并分析了数据传输效率。结果表明:针对数据量大的卫星遥感影像产品以及现场移动核查信息等数据,可采用高带宽的互联网云平台作为传输通道;对于数据量小、敏感性强的人类活动问题图斑、红线台账、成果文档等数据,可采用前置机中间件的方式在政务专网环境中进行数据交换。It has become a development trend to realize the data sharing and exchange between the state and the local,and between the industry departments by means of information technology.This paper analyzes four common exchange sharing methods and their characteristics.In combination with the requirements of ecological conservation redline regulatory business,the“Internet+Government network”dual network parallel model for ecological conservation redline supervision data interconnection is initially constructed,and the data transmission efficiency is tested and analyzed.The results show that the high bandwidth Internet cloud platform can be used as the transmission channel for the large amount of satellite remote sensing image products and on-site mobile verification information,and the front-end middleware can be used for data exchange in the government affairs special network for the human activity problem spots,red line account,achievement documents and other data with smaller size and more sensitivity.
