摘　　要：随着近些年来旅游业的快速发展,生态环境容量严重超载,各个城市发展不协调以及资源转化率低的情况越发严重。论文旨在通过对绿色发展理念的充分认识以及对辽宁沿海旅游发展现状的分析,在生态文明建设与辽宁沿海旅游业发展之间,寻找一条可行路径,实现生态效益、经济效益、社会效益的相互促进和共同发展。培育辽宁沿海旅游新业态,构建生态和谐的绿色产业,为振兴东北注入新动力。With the rapid development of tourism in recent years,the ecological environment capacity is seriously overloaded and the development of various cities is not coordinated and the resource conversion rate is low.It’s designed to find a feasible path between the construction of ecological civilization and the development of Liaoning coastal tourism through the full understanding of the concept of green development and the analysis of the current situation of Liaoning coastal tourism development,so as to realize the ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits and promote common development mutually.We will foster new forms of tourism in Liaoning’s coastal areas and build a green industry of ecological harmony to inject new impetus into the revitalization of northeast China.
