摘  要:武钢有限炼铁厂8#高炉鱼雷罐车称重计量一直延用半车衡、浅基坑式的铁水液面计,其计量准确度已经不能够满足炼钢对炼铁每罐铁水装载量的要求。为配合"一罐到底"的生产工艺,满足炼钢转炉对铁水重量要求,以降低铁水温度损耗、提高铁水装准率、提高炼钢质量及完善铁水安全的技术水平,武钢炼铁厂对原有的铁水液面计进行了在线改造,采用无基坑轨垫式铁水液面计技术,改造后的铁水液面计使用中的准确度达到了0.3%。The semi-truck and shallow foundation pit type molten iron level meter has been used for the weighing and measuring of torpedo tank truck of No.8 blast furnace in Wuhan Iron Works, but its measuring accuracy has been unable to meet the requirements of steelmaking for the loading amount of molten iron in each tank. In order to cope with "one pot"production process,meet the requirements of steelmaking converter of molten iron weight, reduce the loss of hot metal temperature of hot metal and improve precision, improve the steelmaking quality of molten steel and security technology of molten iron liquid, Wuhan Iron Works performed online modification to the original molten iron liquid level gauge using hot metal without foundation pit rail pad type liquid level meter technology. The accuracy of modified hot liquid level gauge reached 0.3% when in use.
