摘　　要：公路超载超限检测系统是一个由窄条传感器、地感线圈、高速动态仪表、网络抓拍摄像头、视频录像机、长宽高检测仪、情报板等硬件设备及站点软件所组成的对公路通行车辆执行超载超限检测的系统。在站点软件的基础上,设计了一款对超载超限系统设备进行故障诊断的监测系统,详细阐述了设备常见的故障及检测方法和软件设计的实现过程,给出了系统的功能实现。实践表明,该系统能够较全面、实时的反馈超载超限检测系统设备的常见故障,能对超载超限检测系统的正常运行、设备定向维护及故障排查起到参考作用。Highway overload and over-limit detection system is a system which is composed of narrow strip sensor, ground sensing coil, high-speed dynamic instrument, network capture camera, video recorder, length, width and height detector, information board and other hardware equipment and site software to perform overload and over-limit detection on highway vehicles. Based on the site software, this paper designs a monitoring system for the fault diagnosis of the overload and over-limit system equipment, elaborates the common faults and detection methods of the equipment and the realization process of the software design, and gives the function realization of the system. Practice shows that the system can provide comprehensive and real-time feedback on common faults of the overload and over-limit detection system, and can play a reference role in normal operation, directional maintenance of equipment and fault troubleshooting of the overload and over-limit detection system.
