摘  要:钢轨式传感器在冶金、化工行业等行业应用非常广泛,天车秤是较为典型的应用之一,天车秤称量特性为改善冶金或化工生产工艺,提供了良好的称重数据,而钢轨式传感器是天车秤的核心部件,其称量区输出一致性对天车秤静态称重计量性能的好坏有很大影响,实验表明,采用数字补偿的方法可以有效改进传感器秤量区输出的一致性,从而提高静态天车秤的计量准确度。Rail type sensor application in industries such as metallurgy and chemical industry is very broad, crane scale is one of the typical applications, crown scale weighing features provide good weighing data to the improvement of the metallurgical or chemical production process, rail type sensor is the core component of crane scale, the weighing area output consistency of crane scale has a great influence on static weighing measuring performance, experiments show that adopting digital compensation method can effectively improve the output consistency of the weighing sensor area, so as to improve the measurement accuracy of static crane scale.
