李中梓痿证诊疗思想探微

摘　　要：李中梓论治痿证法宗《黄帝内经》《难经》,下启诸家,在张仲景、李东垣、朱丹溪等治疗方法的基础上进行了发挥与补充,临证尤为重视辨证论治,不妄投成方,注重因时、因地、因人三因制宜;针对痿证虚损的性质,以温补为善,多用温药补阳,并注重先后天之本脾肾的顾护。此外,李中梓论治痿证以初法攻伐、中法既济、末法宽补三法分阶段论治,通过标本择治拓宽了"治痿独取阳明"的治疗方法。In terms of atrophy-flaccidity syndrome,Li Zhong-zi played and supplemented the treatments On the basis of Zhang Zhong-jing,Li Dong-yuan and Zhu Dan-xi,and Huangdi′s Internal Classic,Classic of Difficulties.In clinical practice,he attached great importance to syndrome differentiation and treatment.He did not blindly use the set fromulas,and paid attention to the three factors of time,place and person.According to the nature of deficiency and damage of atrophy-flaccidity syndrome,he was good at using warming medicinals to nourish yang,and emphasizing to protect spleen and kidney.In addition,Li Zhong-zi′s treatment of atrophy-flaccidity syndrome was divided into three stages:attacking first,then harmonizing,finally nourishing,which has widened the method of"only taking Yangming for treating atrophy-flaccidity"by the selective treatment of primary or secondary aspects.
