摘　　要：肝纤维化临床辨证多分为肝胆湿热、肝郁脾虚、气阴虚损、瘀血阻络等证型,治疗遵守"祛邪""扶正"的原则。根据病变的不同阶段,应充分考虑三因制宜、病证结合,在养阴、活血、化瘀基本治法基础上,灵活选用清热利湿、疏肝健脾、益气养阴、补益肝肾、活血化瘀等治法。临床多采用中药单体、中药复方、中成药等中医内治法及针灸、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、穴位注射等外治法治疗肝纤维化,通过多靶点、多途径起到抑制肝星状细胞活化增殖、促进细胞外基质降解、抗炎抗氧化等作用。The clinical syndrome differentiation of liver fibrosis is mainly divided into liver and gallbladder damp heat,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis blocking collaterals,etc.The treatment follows the principle of"eliminating pathogenic factors"and"strengthening healthy qi".According to the different stages of a disease,we should fully consider the three factors and the combination of disease and syndrome.On the basis of the basic treatment of nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,we should flexibly select the treatment principles of clearing heat and removing dampness,soothing the liver and spleen,supplementing qi and nourishing yin,tonifying the liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,etc.In clinical practice,internal treatment methods such as Chinese medicine monomer;Chinese medicine compound formula;Chinese patent medicine,etc.are often used,as well as external treatment methods such as acupuncture,point-application,auricular point pressing beans,point injection,etc.It can inhibit the activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells,promote the degradation of extracellular matrix,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects through multiple targets and multiple pathways.It can inhibit the activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells,promote the degradation of extracellular matrix,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects through multiple targets and multiple pathways.
