摘  要:为进一步加深对新泵莱洛三角泵的研究,通过fluent数值分析软件,选用RNG k-ε湍流模型,运用动网格技术对泵转子内部进行三维瞬态流动数值计算,准确得出泵内部流场分布。同时对转子螺旋角分别在30°和60°的情况下比较泵转子内部流动特性,表明转子螺旋角对泵内部流场的影响。结果表明,当泵转子螺旋角为30°时,转子所承受的最大压力值变大,但压力梯度的分布有所改善,转子所承受的压力更为均匀。当泵转子螺旋角为60°时,泵出口处的流速分布更为平缓。In order to further deepen the research on the new pump lylo triangle pump,the numerical analysis software fluent was used to select the turbulence model,and the dynamic grid technology was used to carry out 3D transient flow numerical calculation on the inside of the pump rotor,so as to accurately obtain the flow field distribution inside the pump.At the same time,the internal flow characteristics of the pump rotor are compared when the rotor spiral angle is 30°and 60°respectively,which shows the influence of the rotor spiral angle on the internal flow of the pump.Results show that when the pump rotor spiral angle is 30°,the maximum pressure on the rotor increases,but the pressure gradient distribution improved,and the rotor stress is more uniform.When the pump rotor spiral angle is 60°,the pump outlet velocity distribution is more gentle.
