摘 要:应用纳米TiO2催化降解汽车尾气,降解效果已被研究肯定,其监测技术也在不断完善,可以将纳米TiO2粉末掺拌入沥青中,制成具有降解尾气能力的沥青混凝土,这样虽然能够达到降解尾气的目的,但有很大一部分纳米TiO2无法与阳光接触,会造成很大的浪费,而直接在沥青混凝土表面撒布纳米TiO2粉末却可以避免这个问题,本文是通过室内试验,将纳米TiO2粉末喷洒到沥青混凝土表面,模拟在实际沥青路面上喷洒纳米TiO2粉末,确定出合理的分散工艺及其参数,研究纳米TiO2粉末的固化工艺,使纳米TiO2与沥青混凝土能牢固结合,并且具有足够的耐久性,让TiO2充分发挥光催化降解作用,为这一固化技术进一步应用在室外实际的沥青路面提供室内试验依据。Catalytic degradation of automobile exhaust by Nano TiO2 has been confirmed,and its monitoring technology has been constantly improved.Nano TiO2 powder can be mixed into asphalt to make asphalt concrete with the ability of degrading exhaust gas.Although the purpose of degrading exhaust gas can be achieved,a large part of Nano TiO2 cannot contact with sunlight,which will cause a lot of waste.However,this problem can be avoided by directly spreading Nano TiO2 powder on the surface of asphalt concrete.In this paper,Nano TiO2 powder was sprayed on the surface of asphalt concrete through laboratory tests.Simulation in real asphalt spraying Nano TiO2 powder determines the reasonable dispersion process and parameters.The research of nanometer TiO2 powder curing process provides laboratory basis of asphalt pavement for the further application of the curing technology in outdoor actually.The Nano TiO2 combined with asphalt concrete can be strong and have enough durability and TiO2 photocatalytic degradation function fully.
