两种立体视觉检查方法在舰载机飞行员改装体检中的比较

摘　　要：目的比较第3代升级版颜少明立体视觉检查图和飞行员特殊视觉功能检查仪在舰载机飞行员改装体检中的利弊。方法对3批共49人舰载机改装飞行员分别采用第3代升级版颜少明立体视觉检查图与飞行员特殊视觉功能检查仪测量立体视锐度,立体视锐度≤60″为合格。结果使用颜少明立体视觉检查图的49人均能迅速读图且立体视锐度≤60″,合格率100.00%;使用特殊视觉功能检查仪时,有42人迅速读图且立体视锐度≤60″,2人不能读图,5人经指导后学会读图,立体视锐度到60″,合格率95.92%。经统计学分析,颜少明立体视觉检查图与飞行员特殊视觉检查图差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.5,P>0.05)。结论2种立体视觉检查方法各有利弊,在舰载机改装体检中应综合应用,最终结论以颜少明立体视觉检查图为准。Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of the third-generation Yan Shaoming stereoscopic test charts and the special visual check system in the modified physical examination of carrier-based pilots.Methods The stereoscopic acuity was performed by using the third generation Yan Shaoming stereoscopic test charts and the special visual check system in the 3 groups of 49 modified carrier-based pilots.The qualified standard of stereoscopic acuity was set at≤60″.Results By the Yan Shaoming′s stereoscopic test charts,all the 49 people could instantly read the picture with a stereoscopic acuity of≤60″and a qualified rate of 100.00%.Of the 49 people,42 could instantly read the picture in the special visual check,with a stereoscopic acuity of≤60″,2 people could not read the picture,and 5 people learned to read the picture following instructions,with a stereoscopic acuity of 60″and a qualified rate of 95.92%.Statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differences in the check scores,when comparisons were made between the Yan Shaoming′s stereoscopic test charts and the special visual check system(χ~2=0.5,P>0.05).Conclusion The two stereovision examination methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and comprehensive application is recommended in the modified examination of carrier-based pilots,but final conclusion should be decided by the Yan Shaoming stereoscopic test charts.
