新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控对口腔诊疗环境设置的启示

摘　　要：由于新型冠状病毒传染性强、人群普遍易感,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情短时间内迅速爆发,受波及国家和地区还在不断增多,疫情防控形势严峻。口腔诊疗操作交叉感染风险高,在疫情防控的关键时段,全国实施了大范围停诊口腔常规医疗的应对措施,该措施有效避免了因口腔诊疗操作可能造成的病毒传播、交叉感染和疫情扩散,保护了广大口腔医务工作者,但很多口腔疾病患者得不到及时治疗甚至延误病情,患者难免会产生不同程度的报怨、焦虑等负面情绪。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控关键时间段,各类医疗机构口腔诊疗环境布局方面存在的缺陷,是导致口腔诊疗工作不得不大范围临时停止运行的主要因素之一,该疫情提示,为更长远的做好口腔感染控制、更从容的应对突发卫生事件,需要对当前口腔诊疗环境设置存在的问题及改进措施加以深思。Due to high prevalence of coronavirus pneumonia-2019,general public is vulnerable to the disease.In face of sudden outbreak and fast spread of the disease,the number of countries and regions affected is still increasing,and the world is thrown in chaos in such a serious epidemic situation,and there exists a high risk of cross-infection in daily clinical oral diagnosis and treatment of patients.At the critical time of epidemic prevention and control,daily routine dental healthcare was suspended nationwide,which effectively avoided wide spread,cross-infection and further proliferation of the disease,and the health of the oral medical personnel was thus preserved.However,due to such countermeasures,many patients failed to receive timely treatment and certain patients were seriously delayed.In this case,complaints,anxiety and negative emotions to various degrees were unavoidable.At the critical stages of epidemic prevention and control,the shortfall in the overall layout of oral diagnosis and treatment surroundings in medical treatment facilities was one of the main factors for temporary and awkward suspension of clinical dental care.The present serious epidemic situation has urged us to give deep concerns on the problems that exist in the overall layout of oral diagnosis and treatment surroundings and related measures,so that oral infection control in dental practice could be better prevented and abrupt public health event could be handled in a more unhurriedly manner.
