摘  要:针对火电厂汽轮机组调节阀组流量特性测试工作中,试验数据人工处理步骤繁琐、耗时长且计算结果不精确的问题,以C#为编程语言,在Visual Studio 2017编程软件环境下,开发了汽轮机组调节阀组流量特性测试和优化系统。通过构建机组调节阀组流量特性仿真计算模型,将弗里格尔简化公式作为数学模型计算机组主蒸汽流量,通过参数配置模块得到计算所需的额定参数;结合反向跟踪和最小二乘法原理处理试验数据,分别优化机组调节阀组的单阀流量特性和顺序阀流量特性;建立了人机交互界面,图形化显示测试与优化结果。现场实际应用效果表明,该系统操作简单、处理数据快速准确、优化效果良好。In order to solve the problems of tedious steps,long consuming time and inaccurate calculation results in the flow characteristic test of steam turbine unit control regulating valve group in thermal power plant,the flow characteristic test and optimization system of steam turbine governing regulating valve group is developed under the programming software environment of visual studio 2017 with#C.By constructing the flow characteristic simulation calculation model of the unit control regulating valve group,taking the simplified formula of Friedel as the mathematical model,the main steam flow of the computer group unit is calculated,and the rated parameters required for calculation are obtained through the parameter configuration module.The flow characteristics of single valve and sequence valve of unit control regulating valve group are optimized respectively by combining the principle of reverse tracking and least square method.Human computer machine interface is established,to display graphical display of test and optimization results.The practical application results show that the system is simple to operate,fast and accurate to process data,and has good optimization effect.
