摘 要:草甘膦是一种高效低毒非选择性灭生性除草剂,是除草剂产量最大、增长速度最快的品种。草甘膦生产过程中产生的废水排放量大,毒性大,难以生物降解,对环境的污染严重。目前,中国草甘膦的有效产能在72万t左右,市值约占除草剂市场23%的份额,因此,草甘膦生产废水的回收处理势在必行。本文结合当前草甘膦两种主要的生产工艺,对草甘膦生产废水的处理方法进行了重点介绍,探讨了草甘膦生产废水处理的发展方向及当前研究存在的问题。Glyphosate was a kind of non selective herbicide with high efficiency and low toxicity, which had the largest yield and fastest growth rate. The wastewater in the glyphosate production had the characteristics of large discharge, high toxicity, hard biodegradation, which was serious to the environment. At present, the effective production capacity of glyphosate in China was about 720,000 tons, and its market value accounted for about 23% of the herbicide market. Therefore, it was imperative to recycle and treat the glyphosate wastewater. Combined with the two main production processes of glyphosate, the treatment methods of glyphosate wastewater were introduced emphatically, and the development tendency and existing problems in current research were discussed.
