黄南水库堆石坝碾压试验和检测分析

摘　　要：根据面板堆石坝施工的特点,堆石坝填筑前须按照不同的堆石体厚度、级配、洒水量、部位进行填筑工艺试验,确定施工参数,以确保工程质量。以黄南水库特殊填筑区为例,利用大功率碾压设备(20 t以上)对堆石体填筑工艺进行了试验和分析。试验中确定碾压参数,验证设计结论,确保大坝堆石体填筑的顺利进行。以黄南水库堆石坝填筑过程中过渡层料的相关问题作为典型案例,对堆石坝填筑过程中质量检测重点和内容进行论证和阐述。According to the construction characteristics of concrete face rockfill dam,the filling process test should be carried out according to the different thickness,gradation,sprinkling water and position of rockfill before filling,so as to determine the construction parameters,as well as the engineering quality.Based on the special filling area of Huangnan Reservoir,the filling technology of rockfill is tested and analyzed by using high-power rolling equipment(more than 20t).The rolling parameters are determined in the test,and the design conclusion is verified to ensure the smooth filling of the dam rockfill.Focusing on the related problems of transition layer material of Huangnan Reservoir in rockfill dam filling process,the key points and contents of quality inspection during the filling process of rockfill dam are demonstrate.
