摘 要:天生桥一级面板堆石坝的面板在运行过程中曾多次发生挤压破损现象。通过监测成果、运行条件、面板自身受力条件和面板自身结构等四个方面,分析面板挤压破损的原因,主要包括变形过大、高温低水位工况、面板自身受力条件及压性缝构造。2015年分析切槽设置软缝对面板挤压的影响,并开展面板进一步挤压情况的预测,认为面板进一步发生大面板挤压破损的可能性不大。经过5年多的运行,面板实际运行情况与预测情况一致。The panel of I CFRD in Tianshengqiao has been damaged by extrusion for many times during its operation.Through the monitoring results,operation conditions,the stress conditions of the panel itself and the structure of the panel,the causes of the panel extrusion damage are analyzed,the main causes of the panel extrusion damage are the excessive deformation,high temperature and low water level conditions,the stress conditions of the panel itself and the compressive joint structure.In 2015,the influence of soft joint slotted on panel extrusion was analyzed,and the further extrusion situation of panel was predicted.It was considered that the possibility of further large panel extrusion damage was small.After more than five years of operation,the actual operation of the panel is consistent with the forecast.
