大型预制钢筋混凝土外挂板施工技术及案例分析

摘　　要：在众多建筑工程外观装饰技术中,预制钢筋混凝土外挂板大气美观并兼顾耐久性、保温节能性、隔音降噪性、施工快捷性等优点,在钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑以及钢结构建筑应用中均得到了很好的应用和发展,尤其在高温干热的亚非地区得到广泛推广。以中东地区建筑工程为例,对大型预制钢筋混凝土外挂板的设计、运输、存放、施工及质量控制技术进行分析,可供同类工程借鉴。Among many exterior decoration technologies of construction projects,precast reinforced concrete exterior panels are beautiful with the advantages such as durability,heat preservation and energy saving,sound insulation and noise reduction,and fast construction speed,which has been well applied and developed in reinforced concrete frame structures and steel structures,especially in the hot and dry areas in Africa and Asia.the design,construction and quality control technology of large precast reinforced concrete exterior panel based on the case in the Middle East are analyzed,which can be used for reference by similar projects.
