摘 要:在分析了传统汽车座椅套平面样板开发流程制约瓶颈的基础上,采用逆向工程技术方法,通过对座椅套表面三维点云数据采集并优化处理获得高质量座椅外观点云数据,并在此基础上进行UGNX座椅外观曲面逆向重构和检测,应用二次开发曲面展开方法对获得的座椅外观曲面进行平面展开,有效实现了座椅套平面样板图快速开发。Based on the bottleneck analysis on the development process of traditional automobile seat cover plane template,the reverse engineering technology method is used to obtain high-quality seat appearance point cloud data by collecting and optimizing the three-dimensional point cloud data on the surface of the seat cover.On this basis,reverse reconstruction and detection on the appearance surface of the seat were carried out in UGNX,then,the 2D flat patterns of the seat surfaces were gotten by the further development of 3D surface flattening method,and the rapid development of plane model of the seat cover was effectively realized.
