摘 要:随着服务经济时代的来临,经济全球化的不断深入使得工程服务国际贸易有了突飞猛进的发展,工程技术人才跨国流动日益频繁。新冠肺炎疫情期间,东盟已超越欧盟成为中国第一大贸易伙伴,了解东盟国家工程技术人才治理体系意义重大。该文比较分析了新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、缅甸4个东盟国家相关社团组织工程技术人才治理情况,归纳总结了共性特点,对我国工程师制度改革方向提出了初步建议。With the world economy entering the era of service economy and the deepening of economic globalization,the international trade of engineering services has developed rapidly,which brings about the increasingly frequent cross-border flow of engineering and technical personnel.During the COVID-19 epidemic,ASEAN has overtaken the European Union to become China’s largest trading partner.So it is of great significance to understand the management system of engineering and technical talents in ASEAN countries.This paper compares and analyzes the management of engineering and technical talents by the relevant societies of Singapore,Malaysia,Thailand and Myanmar,summarizes the common characteristics,and puts forward preliminary suggestions for the reform direction of China’s engineer system.
