经方治疗慢性自发性难治性荨麻疹体会

摘　　要：慢性自发性难治性荨麻疹有逐年增多的趋势,患者或因长时间口服大量抗组胺药物导致精神不佳影响日常生活,或无法耐受糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂副作用而求治于中医。目前中医治疗该类疾病多以"祛风、养血、除湿、止痒"等经验方治疗为主,以致处方药物繁杂、价格高昂,且临床疗效欠佳。笔者多年应用六经辨证体系治疗该类疾病,疗效显著,且组方简单,费用较低。六经辨证是中医理论重要的核心,值得不断学习、研究以及临床推广。Chronic spontaneous refractory urticaria tends to increase year by year.Such patients may seek treatment in traditionalChinesemedicine.because of the mental disorder caused by oral administration of large amount of antihistamine for a long time,which affects their daily life,or they cannot tolerate the side effects of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents.At present,the traditional Chinese medicine mainly treats such diseases as"dispelling wind,nourishing blood,dehumidifying,relieving itching"experienced prescriptions.As a result,the prescription drugs are complicated,expensive and of poor clinical efficacy.The author has applied the six channels syndrome differentiation system to treat this kind of disease for many years with remarkable curative effect,simple prescription and low cost.Differentiation of symptoms and signs of the six meridians is the core of TCM theory,which is worthy of continuous study,research and clinical promotion.
