吴门医派金氏儿科学术思想浅析  

A Brief Analysis of Wu men Medical School’s Jin’s Academic Thought on Pediatrics

摘　　要：金氏儿科是起源于清代,隶属吴门的儿科世家,其继承了吴门医派代表人物叶天士的部分学术思想,结合幼科特点,形成了自己的理法方药特色。文章以三则验案分别阐述金氏儿科"平肝而非伐肝"的观点、"久病入络"思想、"治湿善用温燥"的特色以及"透热转气"法在儿科的应用。Jin’s Department of Pediatrics,which originated from Qing Dynasty and belonged to Wu’s family,inherited some of the academic thoughts of Ye Tianshi,a representative of Wu’s school of medicine,combined with the characteristics of pediatrics,formed its own characteristics of theory,method,prescription and medicine.The three cases expound respectively the view of"smoothing liver instead of cutting liver",the application of"long-term disease entering collaterals"in pediatrics,the characteristic of"treating dampness and utilizing warm-dryness effectively"and the application of"diathermy to gas"in pediatrics.
