摘　　要：陈莹教授认为月经过少的发生主责于脾肾两虚,且伴有痰瘀之邪阻滞。治疗上顺应胞宫藏泻变化规律,分期论治,经前期及经期,治以理气化痰、活血化瘀为主,经后期及经间期,治以补肾健脾、养血调经为主。用药以自拟补肾化痰方,临床疗效显著。Professor Chen Ying believes that the occurrence of Hypomenorrhea is mainly responsible for the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,and is accompanied by the evil block of phlegm and blood stasis.In treatment,it conforms to the changing rules of storing and excreting menstrual blood in the uterus,and treating by stages.Pre-menstrual period and menstrual period,mainly based on regulating qi and phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.In the late period and intermenstrual period,the main treatment is to nourish the kidney,strengthen the spleen,and nourish the blood and regulate menstruation.The medication is based on the self-prepared Bushen Huatan Recipe,which has a significant effect.
