摘　　要：目前,国内关于整车热平衡试验的研究主要偏向于发动机冷却系统的匹配分析与热平衡性能的改善,而对一些常见的影响热平衡试验的细节问题没有引起足够的重视,导致试验结果的有效性、准确性大打折扣。以重型卡车为例,对整车热平衡道路试验过程中发动机故障、节温器、风扇离合器、传感器布置、环境风速、试验操作、结果评价与修正等细节问题进行探讨,对整车热平衡道路试验的试验条件、试验方法、试验结果评价与修正进行了补充。At present,the domestic research on vehicle thermal balance test mainly focuses on the matching analysis of engine cooling system and the improvement of thermal balance performance,but not enough attention has been paid to some common details affecting the thermal balance test,which leads to the reduction of the validity and accuracy of the test results.Taking the heavy truck as an example,the details of engine failure,thermostat,fan clutch,sensor layout,ambient wind speed,test operation,result evaluation and correction in the process of vehicle thermal balance road test are discussed,and the test conditions,test methods,test results evaluation and correction are supplemented.
