摘 要:目的了解郑州地区急性呼吸道感染儿童病原体流行情况。方法取11299名急性呼吸道感染住院患儿的咽分泌物、痰液或肺泡灌洗液,采用基于毛细管电泳的多重PCR法检测12种呼吸道病原体。结果11299例样本中,检测结果为阳性的8742例,阳性率为77.37%,其中,单纯感染6943例(79.42%),混合感染1799例(20.58%)。阳性标本中鼻病毒(HRV)阳性标本最多,2859例,阳性率25.3%;其次为肺炎支原体(MP),2047例,阳性率18.12%。不同性别患儿中,HRV和MP的阳性检出率有统计学意义。结论HRV是郑州地区急性呼吸道感染儿童的最常见病原体。12种呼吸道病原体的阳性率随月份变化呈现不同的特点;甲型流感病毒H1N1型和肺炎衣原体(Ch)的阳性率与患儿年龄无关,其他病原体阳性率与患儿年龄相关。Objective To analyze the pathogen detected results of children with acute respiratory infection in Zhengzhou.Methods Throat swabs,sputum or alveolar lavage fluid were collected from 11299 hospitalized children with acute respiratory infection,and 12 kinds of pathogens were detected by multiplex-PCR based on capillary electrophoresis.Results 8742 cases(77.37%,8742/11299)were positive,which included 6943 cases(79.42%)of single pathogen infection and 1799(20.58%)cases of mixed infection.The most commonly pathogen detected was rhinovirus(HRV,2859,25.3%),and the next was mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP,2047,18.12%).The positive rate of HRV and MP had statistical significance among boys and girls.Conclusion The most commonly pathogen caused acute respiratory infection is HRV in Zhengzhou.The positive rates of 12 kinds of pathogens vary in different month.The positive rates of influenza A(H1N1)and chlamydia pneumonia have no connection with age,while the others are related to the age of sick children.
