摘 要:连杆是内燃机的主要零部件之一,但由其引起的边载问题对内燃机的稳定性运行造成很大的影响,且始终未彻底解决。本文针对某机型连杆小头衬套出现的边载问题,对连杆小头衬套增加了型线的设计。通过有限元及弹性液体动力学(EHD)模拟计算,综合对比连杆小头衬套的三种不同型线的总压及干摩擦压力,最终确定能满足要求的连杆小头衬套型线。The connecting rod is one of the main parts of internal combustion engine,but the side load problem has a great influence on the stability of internal combustion engine,and it has not been completely solved.In view of the side load problem on the small end bushing,the design of profile is added to the small end bushing of connecting rod.The total pressure and dry friction pressure of three different types of connecting rod small end bushing are comprehensively compared by the bearing EHD calculation,and finally the type of connecting rod small end bushing that can meet the requirements is determined.
