摘　　要：一种特殊产品在机械加工过程中,正常要用锯片铣刀沿着螺纹孔方向开槽,开槽至全长大约1/3处时由于已开部分的收缩变形,导致锯片铣刀所受夹紧力越来越大,越向纵深加工收缩变形越严重,从而会使锯片无法移动,最终导致中断加工甚至折断锯片铣刀。为解决实际难题,结合该产品的装夹方法,研究出一种能防止工件收缩变形的装置,该装置主要包括螺杆、螺帽、连接块、销子及与之相配合的底板。该装置适用于单件或批量生产,极大的提高了加工效率,并彻底解决了夹刀、断刀的困扰。In the machining process of a special product,it is normal to use the saw blade milling cutter to slot along the direction of the threaded hole.When slotting to about 1/3 of the total length,due to the shrinkage deformation of the opened part,the clamping force of the saw blade milling cutter becomes larger and larger,and the further processing shrinkage deformation is more serious,which will make the saw blade unable to move,resulting in interruption of processing and even breaking of the saw blade milling cutter.In order to solve practical problems,combined with the clamping method of the product,a device which can prevent the shrinkage and deformation of the workpiece is developed.The device mainly includes screw,nut,connecting block,pin and the matching bottom plate.The device is suitable for single piece or batch production,which greatly improves the processing efficiency,and completely solves the problems of clamping and breaking tools.
