摘 要:车用涡轮增压技术日益普及,越来越多的人开始关注增压器的可靠性。通常情况下,车用增压器的工作环境温度为1050℃附近。在此高温下作业,涡轮开裂问题将变得频繁。针对此问题,本文从材料选择、结构设计、生产工艺以及工作环境等四个方面进行分析讨论,研究找出涡壳开裂的风险点,并且制定相应的改善措施来降低此风险,从而提升增压器的可靠性。With the popularization of vehicle turbocharging technology, more and more people begin to pay attention to the reliability of turbocharger. Normally, the working environment temperature of the vehicle supercharger is about 1050℃. In this high temperature operation, the turbine cracking problem will become more frequent. In view of this problem, this paper analyzes and discusses the material selection, structure design, production technology and working environment, studies and finds out the risk point of the vortex shell cracking,and formulates the corresponding improvement measures to reduce the risk, to increase the reliability of the supercharger.
