摘 要:检测钢丝连续拉拔过程中的拉拔力需要使用压力传感器,但现有的模盒结构无法满足要求,因此对模盒进行了改进,设计出一种实际拉拔力检测装置。基圆10.0 mm螺旋肋钢丝的拉拔,通过设计3种不同的拉拔方案并检测各道次的拉拔力,对该装置有效性及准确性进行评价。根据检测结果得出该装置可准确有效检测拉拔力,同时得出了拉丝速度在30~70 m/min时,高速拉拔力的检测结果略低于低速拉拔力的;比较每道次拉拔力及成品性能,拉拔方案SY01是3个方案中最优的。In order to test drawing force in continuous drawing process of steel wire,pressure sensor was put forward,but the structure of existing die box could not meet the requirements,so the die box was improved and a device for actual drawing force detection was designed.Based on drawing of diameter 10.0 mm spiral ribbed steel wire,three different drawing schemes were designed and drawing force of each pass was tested to evaluate effectiveness and accuracy of the device.According to test results,the device can accurately and effectively detect drawing force.At the same time,when drawing speed is 30~70 m/min,the detection result of high-speed drawing force is slightly lower than that of low-speed drawing force.Drawing scheme SY01 is the best of three schemes in terms of each drawing force and finished product properties.
