摘 要:冷镦用碳素钢丝常采用球化退火处理来保障其冷顶锻性能,但对于低碳钢丝,采用再结晶球化工艺处理易产生强度偏低的问题。研究了20%、46%、62%压缩率对QSWRCH25K-B钢再结晶退火后力学性能的影响,并与880℃淬火+630℃回火工艺进行对比,研究不同工艺对钢丝显微组织的影响;经淬回火4 h处理后QSWRCH25K-B钢丝抗拉强度为555 MPa,断面收缩率78%,其显微组织为铁素体加粒状珠光体,冷镦性能良好。Spheroidizing annealing process is often used to ensure the cold upsetting properties of carbon steel wire for cold heading.However,general spheroidizing process for low carbon steel wire is prone to phenomenon of low strength.The influence of different cold and hot processing technology on QSWRCH25K-B steel by exploring its microstructure and mechanical properties is studied,the mechanical properties and microstructure after 20%,46%,62% reduction on recrystallization annealing process and 880℃ quenching and 630℃ tempering process is compared,the influence of different processes on the microstructure of steel wire was studied.After quenching and tempering for 4 hours,the tensile strength of QSWRCH25K-B steel wire is 555 MPa,area reduction is 78%.The microstructure is ferrite and granular pearlite,and the cold heading property is good.
