摘　　要：原有拉丝设备生产的钢丝不满足市场发展和小规格钢丝绳生产要求,设计LT21/270翻转式水箱拉丝机,原料钢丝直径1.50 mm,成品钢丝直径0.40 mm。根据工艺要求,进线钢丝抗拉强度为1350 MPa,成品钢丝线速度为900.00 m/min。通过计算各道次钢丝抗拉强度、拉拔力和拉拔功率,最终选用电机功率为30 kW。为了降低噪声和解决拉丝机在传动过程中密封问题,箱体内部采用同步带传动方式。经生产试用,该拉丝机运行平稳,完全可达到设计要求。Steel wire produced by original wire drawing machine cannot meet change of market and small diameter wire rope production.LT21/270 upside-down water tank wire drawing machine was designed,which is mainly used for production of finished steel wire diameter 0.40 mm with raw material diameter 1.50 mm steel wire,According to process requirements,the incoming wire strength is 1350 MPa,the finished wire speed is 900.00 m/min.By calculating steel wire strength,drawing force and drawing power of each pass,the final motor power is 30 kW.In order to reduce noise and solve sealing problem of wire drawing machine in transmission process,cabinet adopts synchronous belt transmission mode.After trial production,wire drawing machine meets drawing speed of finished steel wire,running smoothly,and can completely meet design requirements.
