摘　　要：通过对市场上常用的工字轮收线机几种排线方式的比较和分析,从成本和可靠性以及维护保养方面介绍一种经济可靠实用的排线方式。这种方式利用了大部分变频器都具有的FM脉冲输出功能,输出和收线电机转速成一定比例的脉冲频率信号,作为步进电机驱动器的脉冲输入,直接驱动步进电机跟随收线电机运转,排线器的换向采用非接触的接近开关来触发继电器,控制步进电机驱动器实现换向功能,实现同步排线的功能。这种方式省去了控制步进电机的PLC,简化了电路,降低了成本。Through comparison and analysis of several wiring methods of spool take-up machines commonly used in market,an economical,reliable and practical wiring method is introduced in terms of cost,reliability and maintenance.This method uses FM pulse output function that most inverters have,and outputs a pulse frequency signal proportional to speed of take-up motor,as the pulse input of stepper motor driver,and directly drives stepper motor to follow take-up motor to run.The non-contact proximity switch is used to trigger relay to control commutation of stepper motor driver,and realize commutation function of spool take-up wire arranging device.This method does not need PLC to control stepper motor,which simplifies circuit and reduces cost.
