摘  要:介绍压实股钢丝绳行业标准制定的任务来源、修订工作程序及重点建议探讨;解释标准关键条款;说明修订内容与YB/T 5359—2010标准的区别。新标准增加了钢丝绳的结构类别;制绳用钢丝的公称抗拉强度增加了1370 MPa等5个级别,取消了1670、1870 MPa级;增加了复合芯和固态聚合物芯两个种类;钢丝绳尺寸精度由0^+7%改为0^+5%;修改并增加了部分钢丝绳的重量系数和破断拉力系数;增加了公称直径大于70 mm的钢丝绳不考核拆股钢丝弯曲性能的条款;增加了4.40 mm以上制绳用钢丝的扭转、弯曲和镀层指标;增加了直径小于0.5 mm的钢丝,扭转和反复弯曲试验由钢丝打结拉伸试验代替的条款;修改了附录A中钢丝绳的直径范围和部分钢丝绳结构,6股钢丝绳最大直径增加到120 mm,8股钢丝绳最大直径增加到140 mm,阻旋转钢丝绳最大直径增加到124 mm。To introduce the sources of task,procedures of revision,and important suggestions of industry standard for compacted strand ropes;the key items of standard were explained;the difference between new standard and YB/T5359—2010 was stated.In the new standard,structural category of steel wire rope was added;nominal tensile strength grades of steel wire for rope were increased by 1370 MPa and so on,and 1670,1870 MPa grades were deleted;the types of composite core and solid polymer core were added;the dimensional accuracy of wire rope was improved from 0^+7% to 0^+5%;The weight coefficient and breaking tension coefficient of some wire ropes were modified and added;clause of bending performance of dismantle strand wire for wire rope above 70 mm should not be examined was added;the torsion,bending and coating of steel wire for rope above 4.40 mm were added;clause was added that torsion and repeated bending tests were replaced by knot tensile test for steel wire with diameter less than 0.5 mm;the diameter range and some constructions of wire ropes were modified in Appendix A.The maximum diameters of 6 strand,8 strand and anti-rotation steel wire ropes were increased to 120 mm,140 mm,and 124 mm respectively.
