摘 要:目的建立测定不同产地白芍及其炮制品中铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锶(Sr)和锌(Zn)5种微量元素的微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)。方法采用硝酸溶解样品,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法对不同产地白芍及其炮制品中5种微量元素的含量进行测定,并采用SPSS 19.0对结果进行对比分析。结果各元素标准曲线的相关系数r在0.9972~0.9999,加样回收率在98.9%~103.3%,RSD在0.88%~2.1%;结果显示白芍炮制品中含有丰富的对人体有益的微量元素,含量最高的是Fe,其次是Sr和Zn,含量相对较低的是Cu和Mn。结论该方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠,可用于白芍及其炮制品多元素的同时测定;白芍经炮制后微量元素含量变化较大,推测其为不同炮制品功效作用的物质基础之一。Objective To establish a method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion to determine Cu,Mn,Fe,Sr and Zn in Paeoniae Radix Alba and its processed products in different habitats.Methods HNO3 dissolving samples and flame atomic absorption spectrometry were used to determine the 5 mineral elements in different habitats and different processed products of Paeoniae Radix Alba.The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Results The standard curves of each element correlation coefficient were 0.9972~0.9999,each element standard addition average recoveries were at 98.9%~103.3%,and the RSD at 0.88%~2.1%.Paeoniae Radix Alba contains abundant trace elements beneficial to the human body.The content of Fe is the highest,followed by Sr and Zn,while that of Cu and Mn are relatively low.Conclusion The method is simple and precise.The determination results are accurate and reliable.It is suitable for multielement determination of Paeoniae Radix Alba at the same time.The content of trace elements in Paeoniae Radix Alba changes greatly after processing,which may be one of the material bases to distinguish their effects.
