自旋式浸入水口对LZ50车轴钢Φ690 mm连铸坯质量的影响

摘　　要：研究了自旋式6孔浸入水口对铁路车轴钢LZ50Φ690 mm连铸坯包括低倍组织、夹杂物、碳偏析等质量的影响。结果表明:与传统5孔水口相比,自旋式浸入水口连铸坯中心最大中心缩孔由22.7 mm降低到12.8 mm,平均缩孔尺寸从7.8 mm减小到5.5 mm,大于15 mm的缩孔消失;疏松程度均为1级,中心等轴晶区增大了74.1%。夹杂物上浮效果显著,钢中夹杂物数量显著减少,且消除大于40μm的夹杂物;偏析比由0.92~1.1降低到0.93~1.05。The effect of six-hole swirling flow submerged entry nozzle on quality of LZ50 railway axle steel continuous casting bloom Φ690 mm including macrostructure,inclusions,carbon segregation etc has been studied.Tthe results show that,compared with the traditional five-hole nozzle,the maximum central shrinkage cavity size in the center of continuous casting bloom with six-hole swirling flow submerged entry nozzle decreases from 22.7 mm to 12.8 mm,the average shrinkage cavity size decreases from 7.8 mm to 5.5 mm,and the shrinkage cavity larger than 15 mm disappears,the rating of porosity is all quality 1,and the central equiaxed crystal region increases by 74.1%.The inclusion floating effect is remarkable,the number of inclusions is obviously reduced,and inclusions larger than 40 μm are eliminated;the segregation ratio is reduced from 0.92~1.1 to 0.93~1.05.
