科技期刊稿件技术检查的“3S”法  

3S method for technical check of manuscripts submitted to scientific journals

摘　　要：科技期刊对稿件的技术检查会导致稿件延迟提交,不利于科研成果的快速发表。本刊先后实施了"详细检查"(1S法)、"列表明示要求+详细检查"(2S法)和"列表明示要求+初稿‘简’查+修改稿详查"(3S法) 3种不同的技术检查方法,发现2S法和3S法在减少被退回稿件比例、减少被退回次数、缩短投稿延迟时间方面均有成效,且3S法可作为优化技术检查的方法供同行参考。The technical check of manuscripts submitted to scientific journals could delay their submission time,which was adverse to the rapid publication expectation. Three measures,"specific check"( 1S method),"stressing requirements by a list+ specific check"( 2S method),and"stressing requirements by a list + simple check for original submission + specific check for revision"( 3S method),were conducted and analyzed successively by our journals,and the 2S method and 3S method were observed to be effective in reducing the proportion of returned manuscripts,reducing the returned times,and shortening the submission delay time. The 3S method is worth sharing with peers as a modification of technical check.
