摘  要:采用带极电渣堆焊方法,研制了一种用于核级的奥氏体不锈钢焊带EQ308L。对材料化学成分、力学性能及腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,该材料焊接工艺性能优良,冶金性能良好,熔敷金属化学成分和力学性能稳定,而且,具有较宽泛的热输入适应性。在70.9~187.2 kJ/cm范围内,该材料具有稳定的力学性能及晶间腐蚀性能,满足核电相关技术要求。堆焊层组织以奥氏体+δ-铁素体为主,呈柱状晶。Adopting strip electro-slag welding method,a kind of the stainless steel strip EQ308L for nuclear grade was developd.Chemical composition,mechanical properties and corrosion properties of the materials were studied.The result showed that the material had excellent welding process performance,good metallurgical performance,stable chemical composition and mechanical properties of deposited metal,and had a wide range of heat input adaptability.In the range of 70.9~187.2 kJ/cm,the material had stable mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion performance,and met the technical requirements of nuclear power.The microstructure of the surfacing layer was mainly austenite+δ-ferrite,showing columnar grain.
